Joe Frazier tribute at PSWA banquet on Jan. 30

The Philadelphia Sports Writers Association will honor a true Philly legend, Joe Frazier, who passed away in November.

Smokin’ Joe was an Olympic boxing champion, and undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World. His fighting style made him famous, but in Philadelphia, he was beloved.

The Philadelpia Sports Writers will honor Frazier in a special tribute during their 108th annual Awards Dinner on Monday, January 30 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, N.J.
